Appleyard & Trew was founded in 1969 as a Partnership of Quantity Surveyors. The practice has expanded and diversified its service offering to include:
• Quantity Surveying • Project Management • Employer’s Agent • Fund Monitoring • Health & Safety/CDM • Building Surveying
The provision of our services can be provided as stand-alone disciplines or a combined one-stop service out of our UK wide offices located in Manchester, London, Leeds, East Midlands and the South West.
Our Story
Appleyard & Trew was established in 1969 by the founding partners Mike Appleyard and Ian Trew. The practice has developed and grown to deliver large and complex projects throughout the United Kingdom. The practice is owned by its partners and a significant volume of our workload is obtained through repeat commissions and personal recommendation.
