PROJECT MANAGEMENT/EMPLOYER'S AGENT
Within Appleyard & Trew LLP there are Chartered Surveyors with extensive experience providing Employer's Agent duties on Design and Build contracts.
These duties include:-
- Establish Clients brief in conjunction with Client and design team
- Provision of cost advice
- Preparation of Employer's Requirements
- Tendering procedure
- Contract document preparation
- Organisation and chairing of meetings
- Contract administration (including monitoring/reporting on construction, programme, valuations, instructions and co-ordination)
We also have several Chartered Surveyors who provide a Project Management service. This role is tailored to suit the individual Clients particular needs and can include:-
- Definition of principle objectives
- Development of appropriate strategies (project plan)
- Definition of roles and responsibilities
- Establishment of rules and procedures
- Co-ordination and integration
- Monitor and control project team
- Obtain information and make decisions
- Provision of team leadership
