We have been involved in Public and Private developments and refurbishments since the inception of the Practice. Our experience is balanced between the provision of new and refurbished accommodation within both the private and public sectors, balancing economy with quality. The building regulation revisions have latterly brought their own challenges and we are able to accurately determine costs for façade construction and varying forms of environmental control by passive or mechanical installations.
